Dayzee Hill
Front/Back Office and Insurance Extraordinaire.
Part insurance wizard, part spreadsheet enthusiast, Dayzee tackles billing questions, prior authorizations, records requests, and all the insurance mysteries nobody else wants to untangle. She also serves as a reliable front desk backup whenever needed.

Off the clock, you'll find her working music festivals and local shows, reading, or spending time with her boyfriend and teenagers—plus one college student whenever he makes it home!

Dayzee's superpower? Turning "We'll have to check your insurance" into actual answers. She keeps the financial side of healthcare from turning into a horror story—just a mildly annoying subplot instead.
